Let's Talk Location - If I am buying a Townhouse in Georgetown and location is a consideration, this is the ONE because Hart Court has the fewest buildings (two) and therefore less people vying for parking in its Court. Most likely, this was caused by the fact that it is right next to the Tennis Court. Regardless, it means that your home has more Parking than other courts! Moreover, this townhome does not back up to other townhomes and instead Hart Court is nestled before a beautiful landscaped area that is a buffer to a distant concrete noise barrier that shields this community from the Hightstown Bypass (aka Rt 133). I encourage you to stand in the backyard to see what I mean when I say that this is a GREAT location. End Units are preferred by Owners because they offer more privacy and provide a side, common yard to use! Plus, this End Unit features a side Sunroom and a House-Width Covered Front Porch!
